KRISTA FLUGSTAD
I played for BFA for 6 years before playing for Clutch Hitters for 5 years. While playing for Clutch Hitters, we won the USSSA World Series in 2012 and 2014 and I was inducted into the Clutch Hitters Hall-of-Fame in 2016. While playing for Jefferson High School, we made four straight State Tournament appearances and won four straight consolation championship titles. I am currently a senior at St. Kate's, where we've made it to the postseason for the past two years, and last season we made it to the DIII World Series in OKC. I also had the honor of being named All-American last season. My softball philosophy is about focusing on fundamentals, working on the mental part of the game, and having fun along the way. Do what you love and love what you do.
AWARDS INCLUDE:
Clutch: Hall-of-Fame, 2014 USSSA World Series tournament MVP/Offensive MVP/Pitching MVP
Jefferson: 2x All-Conference, 2x All-Section, 1x second team All-Metro, 1x All-State, 1x State All-Tournament team
